try to have a pretty clear system which involves not switching them very often; basically I divide them by season: I have a bag for fall, one for winter, spring and summer. Then additionally there are evening bags and sports bags etc. If I don't have a clear function for each bag, I don't feel like I can justify purchasing it, and I'll go crazy trying to figure out when to wear it.
